The club entered administration in July 2011 and ceased trading.
Outcome: Phoenix club. Appeal withdrawn and Southern League entry refused; company entered administration 5 July 2011 (Carter Clark) and stopped trading; later creditors' voluntary liquidation from 28 May 2014. Supporters formed AFC Rushden & Diamonds in 2011 (United Counties League Division One from 2012-13).
