Oldham Athletic went into administration with PKF after former owner Chris Moore stopped funding the club, and were told to find GBP 1.2m by the end of September. A new company took over the club's League membership in 2004.
Outcome: Survived. In February 2004 the FA and League approved a takeover by Simon Blitz, Simon Corney and Danny Gazal, with membership transferred to a new company, Oldham Athletic (2004); old company dissolved (Wikipedia, unverified).
