Boston United timeline
- · League Two · CVA · -10 points
Boston United's Company Voluntary Arrangement took effect on 25 April 2007, during their final League Two match of 2006-07 at Wrexham; the Football League deducted 10 points from the 2006-07 total. The club, relegated that day, was then demoted two divisions in total to Conference North by the Conference AGM in June 2007.
Outcome: Survived. Relegated from the Football League in 2006-07, then demoted a further division to Conference North in June 2007 because the CVA terms (HMRC caveat barring payment of football creditors) breached rules. CVA ended at a creditors' meeting on 20 May 2008; club later dropped further for failing to exit insolvency by season end.
