Podcast 256: This is our Everest, Part Twenty-Six – Crown Court

by | Nov 29, 2020

On today’s valedictory episode of This Is Our Everest, Edward and Ian give themselves a little treat and watch Crown Court, a programme they both love. They explore the origins of this stupid podcast, whether or not there should be degrees of treason and why they’re looking forward to Brexit. The main virtue afforded by Crown Protection is assessed and Ian doesn’t believe who is playing the prosecution counsel. If you’d like to watch Crown Court too and see whether or not you believe it, you can find the episodes here: Part 1; Part 2Part 3.

This is the last episode of this podcast series, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to leave you alone any time soon. Tomorrow morning we start This is Our Christmas Everest, in which we watch 24 Christmas Specials in 24 days, like an Advent calendar filled with televisual diarrhea. First up, tomorrow, it’s Saint & Greavsie. Spoiler alert: it turned out not to be very Christmassy.

There’s a bunch of different ways in which you can subscribe to the 200% podcast. You can do so through Spotify, which you can find right here, and you can download this week’s to listen to at your leisure by right-clicking and saving here, whilst the podcast RSS feed is here and you can subscribe through Itunes here. We’re now also available through Acast, right here.

And finally, a humble request. These podcasts take a lot of effort to write, record and release, and we would be extremely grateful for your financial support, in whatever way you can manage.
