Roy Hodgson’s white and the wrong-sort-of-blue army kick off tonight to begin England’s 2014 World Cup campaign. But, of course, it’s not the first time that our brave, plucky, Three Lions on a shirt, lads have done so. England’s first ever World Cup took place in Brazil back in the days that ITV were just a twinkling in a madman’s eye.
