The AGM cup 2012 – Mystic Rhys predicts

It’s the end of the season, and York City have won the final playoff game to secure their return football league. Now, the process of positioning teams in various leagues will begin in a process jokingly referred to as the AGM Cup. Always controversial, the Football Conference AGM decides who gets placed into various leagues in the Conference system (Conference Premier, North & South). With teams struggling to make ends meet, and the ever shifting North/South borderline, the AGM does throw up a few surprises now and again. Non-League Videos Of The Week: 15-04-2012

It’s almost the end of the non-league season, so we’ve got six matches from the tops and bottoms of varying divisions for you this evening. At the top of the Blue Square Bet South, a win for Woking at Maidenhead United would be enough to take the title back to Kingfield, while if they failed Dartford could keep the title race going for another week if they could win at Sutton United. Next up, we’re off to the Premier Division of the Northern Premier League, where Hednesford Town wanted to continue to push for a play-off place with a win at troubled Northwich Victoria. Meanwhile, at the other end of that table, Stafford Rangers were at home against Buxton. Next up, the hot favourites to win the Northern League are West Auckland FC, and they were away to Bishop Auckland. Finally, a win for Guildford City against Raynes Park Vale would be enough to win Combined Counties League. Our thanks, as ever, go to those who take the time to record, edit and upload these videos.
