Podcast 189: Winning at Dominoes 19 – Five Go Searching For El Dorado

by | Dec 10, 2019

We’re up to the 19th episode of Winning at Dominoes, the penultimate of this series, and this week we’re going back to the years immediately following the end of the Second World War, when players who’d already lost a chunk of their playing careers to war found themselves battling against the Football League’s arcane maximum wage rule. Five of these players were tempted by promises of riches from Colombia, but their trips didn’t turn out to be particularly happy.

There’s a bunch of different ways in which you can subscribe to the 200% podcast. You can do so through Spotify, which you can find right here, and you can download this week’s to listen to at your leisure by right-clicking and saving here, whilst the podcast RSS feed is here and you can subscribe through Itunes here.
