    I think that last point of yours is spot on. If Barnsley go down, they’ll go back up, maybe next year, maybe the year after…but sooner or later, because their financial situation won’t lead to meltdown. But they’ll have the memories of a glorious cup run – far better than the memories of another season playing relegation or mid-table games against the likes of Plymouth, Burnley, Blackpool, even Norwich and Coventry. And there are plenty of good games in league 1 -Huddersfield, Leeds, Forest, and of course anyone that you might be in a promotion race with. Grab hold of this with both hands.

    And please please please please beat Cardiff!
