    very good article. I think you pointed out quite well that there is an alternative for local fans, if they work towards it. they are the ones that actually go to every game and hold season tickets, although international fans will no doubt still support the corporate-sponsored clubs. (I have to admit I am one of those international fans, although I have never bought a kit or anything of the like. I think my football club is rich enough as it is.)

    hopefully, more people will realize that supporting a club that gets titles doesn’t justify getting ripped off, eh? (actually, I see similarities in this and music fans turning away from mainstream radios, heh.)
