This week’s Shit Shot Mungo has been described by the author as a “general election special”, in which it becomes apparent that Mungo McCrackas, the out of favour Heart of Clackmannanshire striker is standing as a candidate. His manifesto, for the record, seems to be that he will wear a crown. This week’s Mungo also features a special guest appearance from Jeff Lynne from the seventies band Electric Light Orchestra. As per usual, this week’s Mungo has been scribbled by Ted Carter and this particular party political broadcast is also available here. Now, return to your constituencies and prepare for government!

Has Mungo’s hair got longer?
