    No the Highland League are not wrong. You have to remember that the officials are tasked with ensuring maximum returns for the clubs from any use of the media. The problem with youtube is that if you post a video on there they automatically have the right to use that video in any way they see fit.
    Where they are wrong is the way the have gone about solving the problem. Perhaps they could host the videos on their own site or that of highlandleague.net where they could keep control over the image rights thus allowing the filming to continue.
