If the person who wrote this dribble had done his homework he would know we are a club in transition. I was flabbygasted to read such unwarranted criticism of the board of directors who unwillingly put their hands in their pockets to keep our club afloat as I do. After all that is how I discovered the significance of Mr Blagshaw’s number plate. The share scheme was clearly advertised as a donation scheme and Mr Seymour-Smith would happily tell you so himself if you could find him. But after hearing Mr Masters rendering of “jump in the river and drown” on Radio Bristol this morning I am afraid it won’t be long before he asks the big boys to take over the scheme’s remaining 3.83% stake in lieu of the Portakabin we will be providing for members use at the UWE Stadium. We all hate how TRASH and the FFS rules have contrived to place us at 88th place in the Football League but remember we are in this together. Things may look red for us now but once the Mem is sold they will be back in the black and the Football Club might be slightly better off as well.
