Why everyone refers to the lapsed trade marks as rumours I don’t know.
In early January I discovered that the TMs had lapsed, posted some messages on two Cardiff City fans message boards to that effect and contacted the club accordingly.
I have not received a response from the club yet yet despite several attempt to do so – and I know that my emails were received at the club on every occasion as I have had subsequent email exchanges the member of staff at the club that I originally contacted. The lapsed TMs, as I have stated numerous times and in different forums, are a matter of public record and are not rumours at all.
