    The Premier League’s TV deal – and in particular how relatively evenly it’s spread – seems to act in similar a way in which light bulb works on a moth. All that and very, very little regulation, too.

    That maybe true and if it is its down to one woman MP for portsmouth north Penny Mordant who has done more for tgd the club than all the local mp’s put together in the last 40 years
