I havend see Assadi been given a run of game yet. Also seems that coach do not have a plain b.we lack creativaty.Any team need a dribbler in they team which can open up defences and have a eye for passing, setting players free. Why is our loan player sitting on bench, money wasted.hope we can buy some real quality player in January marked.our player can not even get good ball in from wings, thats not good for a team that wanna play from wing in.

A well written article that can be summed up as “Brendan Rogers needs time to get things right”. He would have had that time at Swansea but didn’t need it as the foundations were already there. As a result he got quick success. He has neither the foundations nor the time at Liverpool. He will need this season and next to get Liverpool anywhere near the top 6 and longer again for top 4. Will he get the time though? I doubt it.

Liverpool, both as a club and fanbase have a history of showing patience with managers. Rogers will be given time and I’m sure success will follow. Personally I bleieve his biggest issue is placing Gerrard in the team. Rogers wants a team that plays with fluency, nice short passing and skill. Gerrard has a typically British wham bam thank you style. Gerrard as a right back for me in the long term is something that Rogers will be forced into I believe.

He needs to address the fact we are leaking goals due to his predictable tactics. Teams have us sussed – look at Villa, they sat deep and hit us on the break – it was easy for them and they were able to run through our fragile midfield time and time again. 17 league games has been enough time to sort this out. Give him till the end of the season – it we don’t clear 50 points it’s totally unacceptable.

If we are to give more time to any manager. i would prefer to allow it to rafa than rodgers. Rafa’s gone at bad time with bad owner & deficit budget. Now is time for him to be back, hopefully.
