    I think they’re more likely to revert to the McLeish plan of a top 10 and an SPL2. There won’t be a problem finding volunteers to join. The difficult part is convincing the ones who have to drop down from SPL 1.
    Thinking aloud…..2 divisions of 12 would get round that, but the money would have to be spread a bit thinner.
