My expectations for England success will remain tempered, nay, TETHERED all the time we have £50k+ per week players who can’t pass a ball more than a few feet without giving it back to the opposition.

I’m very pleased for Roy Hodgson, who has made the best of what’s at his disposal, but am equally flummoxed that a team as pedestrian as England has reached the quarter finals of the European Championships.

    Football eh?
