    Houiller was a poor hire as it is seems McLiesh has been. Not good enough managers for Villa.
    The squad is not good enough this season but you cant really expect it to be when you have to sell your best talent to balance the books.
    Needs to be a big and bold summer if changes are going to made.
    Possibly a new manager – but who would you bring in and who would want the job?
