    i’d love it if spain was the only team to win a game and NZ, Iraq and SA all played to scoreless draws. that would be fun.

    A dissapointing if not unexpected loss for we antipodians. Hopes had been boosted of course after a flattering friendly result against the Italians last week but as our lads found that night, marking a part time Cook Island striker is light years away from closing down the likes of Torres and Villa. Great goals made even better by poor defending – at any level. Spain are simply awesome though.
