    I would guess that the Andorrans (?) got experience out of the game in the same way that in the 1970s when Africans were added to the World Cup and initially seemed foolish. The experience they get from playing in full competition improved them and while it might be a long, long time since England vs Andorra is ever a fair contest it could be much less time before Andorra might be able to beat – for example – Belarus.
