  1. A great overview and a real illustration of the importance of off-pitch turmoil. I think Rangers were also once styled as a ’boutique club’ I order to justify the price hikes.

Excellent summing up of things at Loftus Road, I totally agree with the comment about disenfranchised fans not coming back, I gave up my season ticket after Briatore bumped up the tickets ridiculously 4 years ago,you hit the nail on the head the fans who can’t afford it this year will drift away to find other things to do, so who will then fill the ground in leaner times. Briatore and Ecclestone won’t care they’ll be long gone.

As a lifetime supporter I concer with all the comments. But as a faraway Aussie , I feel great saddness at all the negative comments that only make the heart beat slow and the emptiness grow. We have heart, we have a team no matter who is in it. Our memories may never fail through good times or bad, we true fans are together with QPR for our lives. Lets not growl and conspire towards that we can,t influence, for that, ultimately may be our downfall. Instead for the sake of the greatest game, which is a game, not death defying, lets concentrate on what we have know, the people on the pitch and off it that have created our dream of Premiership football. I dream of success, and I have it, thanks Rangers for giving me many special , special moments in my life of 63 years and my dads before me. The bad guys in life won,t last but the club will. Give the r,s your total love and forget the crap, Love, family and club, total support, bury the negatives ,cheers ,Mick McCartney, close friend of Brian Bedford
