  1. I quite admire St Pauli’s approach. Nothing annoys me more than shameless commercialism and they are fighting against that. I’d have stayed with the pole dancers though.

    well put. the struggle between selling out and maintaining identity is not unique to football clubs but I am a huge SP supporter because it seems that they are at least asking themselves these questions instead of plunging lemming-like into the drab sameness of other professional clubs.
