Good luck to them at Falmer. I sincerely hope they leave their stewards behind. Out of 200 Daggers fans at the Withdean on Tuesday, 4 were ejected for standing up. In a ground with the worst views possibly in the history of league football( not discounted despite spending £90miliion on next season’s home venue), with huge numbers of the home support doing likewise, and probably the most placid and friendly away support in the league, this is frankly disgraceful. Something really, really should be done ….

Congratulations as well to Brighton. I’d also like to echo the above post in pointing out how good their away fans are. I’d dispute whether they have that much support in West Sussex though. From Worthing westward it seems to be mostly Portsmouth territory, as I’ve found to my detriment several times on my way to St Mary’s from Brighton!
