    Just to point out (and I dont know why as a STFC fan) that Blyth beat Shrewsbury Town in the First round of the FA cup in 2008, 3-1 at there place in one of the big lows for STFC (along with losing to Staines and Histon!)

    It was pretty big news at the time in the FA cup on a day of a lot of cup shocks as I recall. On the way out of the ground Town fans passed the TV truck streaming the highlights back to the head office… was so tempted to go pull out a load of wires so it never got broadcast!

    So the bit about Bury seems wrong to me…
