Ian began writing Twohundredpercent in May 2006. He lives in Brighton. He has also written for, amongst others, Pitch Invasion, FC Business Magazine, The Score, When Saturday Comes, Stand Against Modern Football and The Football Supporter. Ian was the first winner of the Socrates Award For Not Being Dead Yet at the 2010 NOPA awards for football bloggers.

    As an aside, there is an interesting choice of solicitors appointed to assist with the process, Walker Morris, who do a lot of work for Leeds United. Remind me who was once chairman of Leeds Utd…

    It would be a wonderful irony if Risdale was the one not sitting down when the music stopped this time after his escape at Leeds and close-call at Cardiff.

  3. This was all so predictable the minute the Japanese “investors” appeared on the scene. It appears they’ve invested the grand total of £0 and their reasons for “investing” need examining.

    I have no inside knowledge, but I’ve got serious concerns that someone somewhere is waiting to asset strip what’s left of the club – ie Home Park.
